Trustees Ministry

Trustees have the responsibility for the physical plant (including grounds and equipment), budget, memorials, stewardship, investments, records and archives, and personnel.
Some of the activities of the Trustees are:
  • Conducts annual stewardship program in partnership with the Stewardship Ministry Team.  
  • Oversees joint-budget process in cooperation with other ministry teams.
  • Monitors memorials and sends acknowledgements for memorial contributions.
  • Responsible for repairs and improvements to the physical plant. 
  • Oversees the records and archives of the church. 
  • Oversee the audits of church accounts.
  • Planned giving. 
  • Monitor equipment (including computers) and make necessary replacements or repairs. 
  • Periodic and annual reports on the financial status of the church. 
  • Oversee budget for physical plant.
  • Maintains and oversees staffing through the Personnel Committee. 
  • Trustees work in collaboration with the Church Treasurer and Financial Secretary and monitor their reports.
  • Maintains investments.
